Email may not the sexiest form of marketing, but it’s been shown time and again that it’s still by far one of the most effective.
Using marketing platform Klaviyo I both set up automated emails and wrote weekly campaigns for a combined ROI of more than $789,000 in a 12 month period.
Over more than 600,000 emails in one year a combination of well-targeted emails with valuable content and good timing meant well above industry average statistics such as a 54% open rate, 5% click rate, 0.14% order rate and $0.84 revenue per recipient.
Being able to understand the audience and send relevant content is key to customer retention and successful campaigns. Combining segmentation in area and interests, I tailor emails to specific customers resulting in positive engagement and high sales numbers.
Using our own media for a mix of sales and community content keeps emails in line with the brand image and makes them relatable to the customer rather than making them feel alienated.
